2023 Bronze AMVER Award
On the 6/10/2022, MV St. Dimitrios saved the lives of 25 seafarers from a container ship (MV TSS Pearl) in the Red Sea. The engine room, all accommodation and part of the deck area of M/V TSS PEARL were on fire and the crew was safely transported on board MV St. Dimitrios. MV St. Dimitrios was awarded the 2023 Bronze AMVER Award for the rescue operation.
